By attending Aruba Dance Experience, you acknowledge and agree:

1. Assumption of Risk

Dance classes, workshops, excursions, parties, transportation, beach activities, nightlife, and physical movement activities involve inherent risks including:

• slips / falls
• collisions
• injury
• illness
• fatigue
• property loss

2. Personal Responsibility

You participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own health, fitness, safety, belongings, and decisions.

3. Medical Conditions

Participants should consult a medical professional if unsure about physical activity participation.

4. Release of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aruba Dance Studios, Aruba Dance Experience, staff, instructors, venues, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for injuries, damages, losses, theft, delays, or claims arising from participation.

5. Insurance Recommended

Travel insurance and personal accident insurance are strongly recommended.
