Aruba Dance Experience – Cancellation & Refund Policy

Organized by Aruba Dance Studios

This policy applies to all purchases related to Aruba Dance Experience, including packages, weekend passes, party tickets, workshops, excursions, and any other event-related products or services.


1. General Policy

All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy. By purchasing any product or service from Aruba Dance Studios for Aruba Dance Experience, the purchaser agrees to the terms below.


2. Cancellation by Participant

A. Event Packages (Hotel / Experience Packages)

Includes accommodation packages, multi-day packages, and travel-style packages.

  • More than 90 days before event start date: 80% refund  minus administrative / payment processing fees.
  • 60–89 days before event: 50% refund.
  • 30–59 days before event: credit only.
  • Less than 30 days before event: No refund.

If the package includes hotel reservations or third-party services, stricter supplier cancellation terms may apply.


B. Weekend Passes / Full Event Passes

Includes social passes, workshop passes, weekend passes, VIP passes.

  • refundable only within 14 days of purchase if 90+ days before event

C. Single Tickets

Includes party tickets, day passes, workshop tickets, excursion tickets.

  • Non-refundable.
  • Tickets may be transferable up to 14 days before the event, subject to approval.

3. Name Changes / Transfers

  • Passes or tickets may be transferred to another person with written request.
  • Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event.
  • Aruba Dance Studios reserves the right to charge a small name-change fee.

4. Payment Plans / Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless Aruba Dance Studios cancels the event.
  • Missed installment payments may result in cancellation of booking without refund of previous payments.

5. Event Changes

Aruba Dance Studios reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:

  • schedule
  • venue
  • instructors / artists
  • activities
  • hotel or package components

Such changes do not automatically qualify for refunds.


6. Event Cancellation by Organizer

If Aruba Dance Experience is fully cancelled by Aruba Dance Studios:

  • Participants will receive a refund of amounts paid, excluding non-recoverable third-party costs where applicable, or
  • May receive the option to transfer credit to a future edition.

7. Force Majeure

No refunds are guaranteed for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond organizer control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters
  • severe weather
  • pandemics
  • government restrictions
  • airline disruptions
  • strikes
  • civil unrest
  • emergencies

Credit or rescheduling options may be offered where possible.


8. No Show Policy

Failure to attend the event or use booked services is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.


9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7–21 business days depending on payment provider or bank.
